Video Conferencing

I had students from a German class who came to the Media Center to do epals,
and they would like to be able to do video conferencing with these epals.  I
would like to know what of cameras and software schools are using to do
videoconferencing with their PCs.  I know some use the program CU-See-Me and
others use "netmeeting".  Which works best with PCs.

We can do video conferencing with our Vision Athena equipement through ISDN
lines but would like to try distance learning with computers.  Any help and
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I'm really interested in getting
into distance learning with computers for keypals and online courses.
