A teacher in my school is looking for the title of a book that teaches proper book care. She has heard it tells about the pages of a book crying when they are bent. I asked other librarians in my district but no one knows the answer. It's funny because most of us tell the students that the pages cry but no one knows where that came from. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a first year librarian and hate not being able to help the teachers out. Thanks.
