Tech: Data projectors

Dear Colleagues -

     School is over for us in 2 days, and I was just approached by
administration to suggest a "big ticket item" to purchase with grant money.
I've been looking for an overhead type projector that can project 3
dimensional items (like a book, a frog, etc), and it looks like Toshiba
makes something I can use (an LCD Multimedia projector with a built in
camera). My question is, does anyone out there use such a piece of
equipment? If so, what brand do you use, what types of things should I look
for? (lumens, SVGA or XGA). I'd appreciate any information that you could
