ELEM Managing flexible scheduling

I am a first year media specialist, having previously been a classroom
teacher for over 25 years.. The school that I'm in has been moving towards a
more flexible type scheduling. I would like to move to an even more flexible
schedule this year, and the teachers are for it as well. Are there any
resources that have proved helpful to those of you in planning and managing
a flexible type schedule in your media center?
