scanner help

Please reply to SandraG627@aol.com, I am on NO MAIL.

My scanner has started scanning color photos in pink and blue, I
reinstalled the adobe photo program but that did not help, B&W works. Can
anyone tell me what is wrong? Make it SIMPLE! thanks
