Barnstable County and Teen Read Week

Hi,
Is anyone interested in a Cape-wide celebration of Teen Read Week, Oct.
15-21, 2000.  I have been asked if all the HS librarians might be
interested in celebrating on larger scale (we celebrate at D-Y) and
having sponsorship from a local bank.  I thought it would be easier to
contact this way then calling each individually.  Please let me know as
I have a meeting scheduled on Tuesday morning to discuss what we will do
at D-Y and whether there is Cape-wide interest.  This is a great
opportunity for us to have some recognition and create a partnership
with the business community.  Julia
