Wanted: Advice for new LMS

Hi!
I'm going to be starting my first job as a library media specialist in
the fall. What is the best advice or "tip for success" you can give me
for my first year on the job?  My fellow graduates and I are a little
nervous and would appreciate any words of wisdom from those more
experienced!  Thanks so much,
