TARGET: What New Administrators Need To Know About The Media Program

Hi, Folks -

I coordinate media and technology for a small middle school of
approximately 700 students. One of our best teachers will be assuming
the position of assistant principal next year and will share
responsibility for overseeing the media and technology programs at our
school. She is anxious to learn everything she should know about media
and technology, and we have already discussed some ideas for next year's
programs.

I would like to put together an "Everything My Principal Needs to Know "
list for my new assistant principal. I want to include information on
program expectations, administrative support, extra duties, routine
instructional and non instructional activities, and any other important
details that should be on the list. Once I have compiled everyone's
responses, I will post a hit. Thanks.
