Tracy, I trashed your message, then my message bounced back. At one time the percentages were available as recommendations from ALA. I remember they were in the back of a book "Information Power-guidelines for school media programs" we used in LS class--you might check the ALA website. In Missouri we have new qualitative instead of quantitative standards. If you will send me the grade levels you serve and your student population I will send you the recommendations for the various sections.
