TARGET SEC: Alum survey

Hi group - this is more related to school accreditation than library,
but I think that many librarians are involved with this topic.  I am
wondering if any of you have surveyed your former students with
results being used as baseline data.  What are some of the questions
that you asked?  I have about five questions that I am thinking about
concerning the relevancy of our curriculum, etc.  Please share if you
have done this.   TIA   ljs
