Thank you so much for all your responses.  Here is the whole story.  We
are the oldest high school in the district.  With all the new
construction of other schools, our school has been lacking funds.  SO the
district said we'll give you 200,000 for the next four years.  We are in
year two.  We never got around to spending year 1.  A dream plan was
developed before I got here and the library was to get 600,000.  There is
no way that is going to fly now.  I do not really need that much and that
was a "dream plan".

So at the meeting yeaterday, we discussed that our biggest need is more
classrooms.  Next year there will be 17 teachers withour classrooms.  No
decisions were made, but when I told people what I wanted to do, they
were all very happy and seemed to like it.  I am asking for 200,000, but
I only need 100,000.  I just want some room to negotiate.
