Accelerated Reader

Hello everyone,

    I have a question for those of you who have Accelerated Reader in
your school. If you aren't networked and you have multiple grades in
your building who use AR, who maintains the program?

    Do you or does a specified teacher?

    I have a meeting about this next week and would appreciate ANY
help!!

    We don't have a server and currently, only sixth grade teachers use
the program. Fifth grade teachers also would like to use it. BUT, I'm
thinking someone (particularly the AR teacher) is going to recommend
that I go from sixth grade classroom to sixth grade classroom each year
and install all the fifth grade names on sixth grade computers next
year!! We have 500 fifth and 500 sixth graders in our building!!

   If you do this, is this an assigned responsibility or just something
you do as a service?
