Target: Music oriented magazines for high school

I would like to purchase a music magazine for my high schoolers. I can't
afford to get one for every genre of music so it needs to be of fairly wide
appeal to their interests. I already know about Rolling Stones but am not
sure whether I will get that one. We already get Guitar Magazine.

I checked the LM_NET archives and found several hits on high school
magazines but most focus on magazines for girls.

A couple titles  I found in a  catalog are  Billboard, Black Beat, Blaze,
Down Beat, Electronic Musician and Spin.

Do any of you subscribe to any of these, or can recommend any others.  I
will post a hit.
