Thanks to everyone who responded to my questions about At Ease and iMacs and my problems with my iMacs that were intermittently powering down. I have learned that At Ease is incompatible with OS 9 and higher (and apparently I can't downgrade). There is a new Apple product called Mac Manager that is taking At Ease's place and apparently it is very similar to At Ease. I plan on checking with my tech guy about it. As for my power problem, someone came out and looked at the machines and found there were still miniscule pieces of plastic around the power buttons (which you couldn't tell unless you took the front of the machine off). He removed the plastic, re-seated the power buttons, and now all is fine! Thanks for all your help!
