Hi, folks. Here's a question for those better informed than I about copyright and ILL(I've looked in Carol Simpson's book and can't find an answer to this one). I got an ILL request for an article in a small magazine we get. They want pages 2-25, which is, with the exception of page one (table of contents), the entire magazine. Can I copy and send the entire magazine? I'm sure the patron requesting the article doesn't know it's the whole magazine. The only CONTU provision I can find for this is that I can supply a missing issue copy to a library that already gets this periodical. Do I call the library to explain this? What do I tell them? Thanks. Jody +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Jody Gerlock, Librarian, Upper School phone (609) 924-6700 ext. 241 Princeton Day School fax (609) 924-7278 P.O.
