Virginia only, please

Friends,

Could someone tell me where I can get information on proposed technology
proficiency requirements for Virginia teacher certification?  This is not
to be confused with student competencies in technology.  I was told that
these teacher requirements will go into effect in 2003.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
