We are trying to encourage our teachers (K-12) to use the student magazines in our library in their units and lessons. We find they aren't being used enough and they are valuable resources! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to use these resources in a unit/lesson, as an intro to a unit, as a unit in themselves, etc.? We have all types; science, literature, news, etc. Thanks Tracey Kennedy, Librarian Haney-Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, BC, CANADA tkennedy@hpmcs.bc.ca =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
