I told my department chairs that I knew where I could ask this question and more than likely somebody would know the answer.........so here I am and here it is...... Our buildings use electronic scanners, National Computer Systems' Sentry 2050 model, for some grading, election tabulation, etc. The problem is that frequently the installed ink cartridges seem to rupture and get ink all over. It's a costly headache. Does anyone have any ideas? ----or even alternate machines? Thanks so much for taking the time to help. We appreciate it!
