Two weeks ago I wrote asking for help with a problem running Alexandria.  I
am happy to report that everything is working fine now.  We tried for a
couple of days trying to get the high school's program to work, which was
very frustrating because the program worked fine at the other two
buildings.  We spoke to Alexandria several times, and finally got someone
who had worked with the problem before.  After about half an hour or more,
our Technology Coordinator got the program working, and I have been
"playing" with it for the last couple of days.
  Our problem seemed to come from the fact that our IP (?) address would
change itself after it was set.  The program and information was on our
data computer, we just couldn't access it from another other computer in
the library.  So, if you have the same problem, let me know and I'll
forward the message to Debbie.
