TARGET: Posting Student Names & Pictures on the Web

We need to know how your school/district handles student names when posting
to the web.  Do you post first and last name?  Just last name and first
initial?  Do you require parental sign-off to post student names,
particularly those connected to pictures?

If have a form you use for parents to sign-off when posting student
pictures and names to the web please e-mail a response to me so I can post
a HIT listing  all schools/libraries who have and use such forms.  Also
send me a copy of the form you use, either electronically, by snail mail or
use the FAX number in my signature line.
