Short Story Title Help!

I am going crazy trying to find out the title of a short story I heard on
Selected Shorts. I was about a young woman who goes to meet her fiance's
family. It is set in the Caribbean, I think. The family is very poor and in
her honor is roasting a some sort of rat-like creature for dinner. It was
called a "mulunka" or something like that. Her fiance tells her she must eat
it, they have gone to such trouble and expense to prepare it for her. The
remainder of the story she spends trying to figure out how to avoid eating
it without embarrassing them or herself. It is histerical. Does anyone know
the title and/or author.
