Does anyone know of a good YA book and movie that would be suitable for an ESL class? Our ESL teacher would like to show clips from the movie then have his students read the correlating chapters. I thought of Gary Paulson's Hatchet and A Cry in the Wild. Any other ideas?... I will post a hit.
