Does anyone know anything about placing themes or skins on a browser? I read in a Smart Computing magazine about www.hotbar.com, but I couldn't get them to work. I emailed them and they said they only worked for Internet Explorer, not Netscape. I've looked at other sites, but most of them just have themes to download and not many instructions on how to get them to actually appear on your computer. Is this a complicated process? Someone said that I should have a themes folder in my Settings, which I do not and could not find it on the Windows CD. BTW, we are using WIN95. Any help would be appreciated.
