GEN: new building - 'open' concept

[library lady <omar13rules@YAHOO.COM>]

We are in the planning process for a new library and
are being pressured into an "open" concept.  There are
no walls between the hall and the library.  Any
information or feedback on this concept, either
negative or positive, that you could provide ASAP
would be greatly appreciated.
