I've also experienced something similar. Finding a repeat sub for my
assistant is also difficult (more difficult in fact). That person is
on the go every minute as well with a mountain of books often in the
horizon. The subs come in expecting something along the lines of
"quiet & peaceful." Then the whirlwind hits~!
