I went from doing audio visual work where is was on my
feet running around and moving equipment to working in
the confines of a school library. I gained weight and
loss muscle tone. So I now have to spend at least
three hours in the gym making up for the exercise I
use to get at work. There is a certain abmount of
physical exercise required for this job. But one of
the reasons I changed careers was because I cane stay
on in this line of for well into my senior years. I
know that I'm still in shapr because I can still life
a 27 inch TV to the top of a rolling TV stand with out
help. I hope to maintain this ability till the day I
retire.
