Hi all, I am in my first year at a K-8, Lutheran school. Currently, we do not have a collection development policy in place for the school, and I will be drafting one for review at an upcoming school board meeting. I have a lot of info on collection development policies themselves (I have searched the LM-NET archives, Library Lit, ERIC, and have a couple of books on the topic); but I don't have a good sense of what to include to address the fact that this is a Christian school. I would love to see a couple of examples of such policies, if you'd be willing to share them. Thanks so much, Kate Rattenborg K-8 Librarian Gethsemane Lutheran School Maplewood, MN 55119 ratte001@tc.umn.edu or kate.rattenborg@geth.org =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
