Target: Scanner question

Does anyone know how to get both text and graphics to scan into a document?
I can get the image to scan, but when textbridge places it in a word
document, I lose the graphic.  I need to be able to fill in the form, but I
wanted to include the picture at the bottom.  Can anyone help?  Thanks
