Target: translator software/web sites

We have an urgent need in our county for software or web sites that will
translate from English to Canton Chinese and vice versa to serve a new 7th
grade student who knows no English.  If you know of any such software or web
sites we could use, please respond ASAP.

We are already checking with local university foreign language departments
and our biggest local industry- Eastman Chemical- to try to find someone
fluent enough in this language to be of assistance.
