Permabound CD

Hi,
    Has anyone else had trouble getting the Permabound Perma-Search Main
catalog CD-ROM to load on their computers? I had two and tried each of
them and could not get the set-up to go past choosing which version I
wanted to load. (I am choosing the default normal.) At that point it
freezes. I am home on a Saturday so cannot call their techies until next
week, but thought maybe someone else had had a problem. I am using a
fairly new Dell with Windows 98 and plenty of hard drive space.
