Tech-Comparing Circulation Systems

Our district is considering weather to upgrade all our libraries to the
upcoming
Spring version of Windbag Spectrum or switch to another company.
I have checked the achieves and read the article in the October SLJ.
I would like to hear what you think about your circulation/catalog system.
I an very willing to place a hit. I think it is time to revisit this topic.
