The file you need is usermps.wab.  I'm using Windows 2000 so mine is not
going to be in the same place as yours but if you search (and hopefully
find) for it you can then import.  Don't forget to check your recycle bin
and if it is gone you may still be able to recover it with dos "undelete" or
an undelete program.
