Finally had a break to read all these messages! I love it. I was in a meeting
with our superintendent (small school district) and was commenting how I am
never in my library. I have to do interventions (help teachers with teaching)
in their classroom for 30 minutes in addition to having scheduled classes each
week. That means I see each class twice a week for at least 65 minutes but only
have in the library. I commented that I was having problems getting the library
task complete and my principals suggestion was to have the supply clerk come in
and help process books! She also thinks I should use volunteers more! I wish I
had time to think about what they are all supposed to do when they do come in!

I make sure I take my lunch and sit out of the library (so no one can ask
questions). I have 3 issues of School Library Journal I would love to read but
don't have the time!

Thanks for letting me breathe this out.
