Quick question. . .
What policies do your elementary schools have in regard to WHO may use
TVs and VCRs intended for instructional use in the classrooms?
Recently, I have had requests from our Market Day parents and PTA
Executive parents to use the TVs/VCRs after hours during their
meetings.  The use is for the children of the parents.  I could go
either way, however, in the past, overheads that were used have not been
returned and I have had to go looking for them.  Any thoughts would be
