GEN: Compensation for Staff Training

Our district currently pays $15.00/hr. to teach classes to staff
members after school hours.  Staff members take the classes for
indistrict credits for which they are compensated by pay step movements
or money per credit if they hold a masters +45.   If you are involved in

staff training beyond the school day, what is your compensation?  Please

send your response directly to me.
