Goodmorning,
    I hoping you can collectively advise me on an endeavor I'm undertaking
with 4 other local LMS's.  We feel that we need 2 extra weeks in the
summer, when the schools are closed, to prepare and inventory our
collections.  Fully realizing that 2 weeks is not enough time to inventory
the entire collection, we are asking this to be an added budget item
annually.  We are requesting that we receive pay according to our
individual salaries.  Our superintendent has conceded to have us meet in
front of the cabinet next week, with our proposal.  Do you all have any
experience with this, and/or any thoughts.
    I look forward to your responses, and hope you'll empower me to go on
with this daunting task.
