Tech: Netscape Composer

Help!!  A second grade class has done research on spiders.  They have done
and illustration with a fact on an 8 1/2 by 11 " page.  I have scanned the
page and want to put it on a netscape composer page to become an html and
put it on the web with our library page. I need to reduce the size for the
web page.  How can I do this.  I think we have a program called photo
editor at school.  Will this help me, I have not ever used it.  Each child
has done a page and I want to but each persons fact up so I need to be able
to get about 4 to a web page, if possible.
