Target: Justify Author Visit

Hello everyone!

I am trying to organize an author visit for the first time.  In order to get
the funds, I have to submit a letter justifying an author visit to my
district office.  Has anyone else had to do this?  Do you have any
suggestions?  Thank you for your help!!
