I received an email about a Sydney pole vaulter with an attached picture. When I tried to open it, Netscape Navigator (4.7) shut down with the message "You have performed an illegal operation..." Now when I try to delete it just by highlighting that particular email in my inbox (without opening it), the browser shuts down with that same message. No matter how fast I hit the delete button, I get the message. In other words, I can't delete it to get it out of my inbox! I can't see that anything has been affected, but there is obviously something wrong and I want the email off my computer. What can I do? I have Windows 95 on a Gateway 2000. -- Lois Tabis, Librarian Sharpsville HS, Sharpsville, PA tabis@infonline.net =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
