Telxon problem

We use Dynix Scholar and a Telxon PTC-710 for inventory.  We have not used =
the Telxon this year and when we tried to use it yesterday we could not =
enter the correct date---November 13, 2000.  The Telxon would not accept =
the year 2000 date.  Has anyone else had this problem and can they tell me =
how to reset the Telxon date so we can take an inventory?  Thanks for any =
help with solving this problem.
