LM_NET: Library Media Networking
Hi everyone,
A first grade teacher at my school has a student with hemophilia and
desperately needs books to help her share this with the children. They don't
understand why he wears a helmet to PE, etc.
She got one book from the family but I can't find a way to buy a copy for
the Media Center. The title is "Joshua The Knight of the Red Snake" by
Laureen A. Kelley. No publisher or ISBN number, but inside it says "An
educational service of Armor Pharmaceutical Company" No copyright date. It's
more like a pamphlet than a book. Anyone have a source to buy this book?
More importantly, does anyone have other books to suggest that will meet
this need. I told the teacher that I had no idea how to get the resources
she needed, but I did know the perfect place to go for help. I will
gratefully post a hit if the interest is there. Please reply to me directly
