Hello, I hope someone can help. I'm searching for a book about a family who has an organ, the son gets killed in a war (don't know if it WWI or Civil War). The mother refuses to play the organ after her son's death. The local church organ breaks down & the family decides to donate their organ. They move the organ through a blinding blizzard & against all odds get it safely to the church where the mother finally plays it again (I think this happens on Christmas Eve). I think it takes place in the mid-west. If anyone knows the title, author, anything please let me know.
