In past years I have been only staff to dress up, although once or twice

I got someone else to participate.  I have been encouraging the staff
for the past month to dress up, even shared some simple ideas for
costumes with them.  I think we will get 100% participation this year
because a couple of people came up with the idea for the principal to be

the Pied piper and staff to be the mice.  Costumes are grey sweats,
headbands with mouse ears (grey with pink center) and a grey tail.  The
art teacher passed around paper yesterday at staff meeting to get the
stragglers on board. (The idea for this came as the teachers watched
mice scurry around teacher's lounge!)
    Meanwhile, some others have been working on costumes.  I convinced
PE teacher to do Captain Underpants this year.  I am coming as a cow
(Cows that Type).  We have a Clifford coming as well as a Sneetch...Hope

your school has as much fun.
      (Just how much learning will happen tomorrow????)
