Those of you who do not subscribe might want to get the current issue. = Just got mine in the mail. It is a theme issue on the future of children's= books. My favorite parts are the sections written by current authors on = what ONE book they would most like to see survive for the children of the = next century. Most are picture books, but there are also fiction books, = such as Tuck everlasting or The Green book (don't know that one myself). = =20 One book. It's like trying to comprehend the infinity of space. =20 My pick? Grandfather's journey by Allen Say. It makes my eyes well up = each time I read it.
