Sorry for having taken so long to post a hit. The following was the only response I got regarding my request for suggestions on starting an after school Internet Club. There are some simple data sharing projects, online live adventures and quests. Biased as I am, I personally would suggest that you look at joining one of the online projects offered at OnlineClass <http://www.onlineclass.com> which would allow your group to study a topic online and to interact with other kids. We have a number of afterschool groups using these projects.
