Just for the record (I've written to Lawrence with more detail
already).

Adding --Sears on the end of a subject heading is a mistake on the
part of the vendor. It should **never** appear attached to a subject
heading in a formatted public display, whether on a card or an
OPAC. You might want to see it in a MARC display, but that's the
only place.
