Greetings,
        This is a reference question (of sorts) regarding NYS Education
Law.  It is available online, but there is no index and I was not able
to find an effective way to do a search.  I want to know if there is a
specified amount of time between the posting for a school position and
the cutoff time for accepting applications.  I'm especially interested
in the guidelines for administrators.
