Nov./Dec. Hornbook

I believe someone mentioned earlier the Nov. Dec. issue of Hornbook.  It is
a special issue devoted to the Future of Children's Books; many authors
were asked to choose the children's book which should be given to children
100 years from now.  It is really fun to read about their choices.

Don't miss Future Schlock: A Timeline by Peter Sieruta on p. 274  He gives
a timeline for the next hundred years as to what he sees happening in the
field of Children's books; very funny but perhaps some will come true(scary
thought)
