I have two questions on citing Websites in the MLA style. I have a copy of
the 5th edition MLA handbook.

1) I have been teaching my students that for a personal or professional
Site, if you used only one Page of a larger Site, you would include the
title of the Page you used in quotation marks, and then the title of the
encompassing Site, underlined. I was just checking myself in the 5th
edition, and I see no provision for that. Am I wrong about this?
Would you underline the title of just the section you used and not cite
the encompassing Site at all?

2) What is the title of a Website? Stupid question, I know, but often
there is an HTML title that appears at the very top of the browser, e.g.
"Netscape: Internet Issues" that conflicts with the apparent title of the
Site that is at the top in large, colorful type. Which title should
students cite in that case?
