TECH - TARGET - iMac computers

We recently purchased 8 iMacs and have been experiencing some problems.
Some of them freeze and not even pressing the button reboots the computer.
They have to be unplugged in order to turn them on again.  Has anybody been
experiencing this problem?  We were thinking of ordering more iMacs with a
grant that we will receive, but now I am hesitant.

I ran the troubleshooting CD that comes with the computers, but it's still
happening.
